What we collect

Your name and email when you create an account or join the waitlist. The fitness and nutrition data you log: workouts, sets, cardio, meals, macros, body stats, and goals. Your chat messages with the trackers. Photos you attach to a workout and your profile avatar. Voice recordings you make to log by talking — these are sent to a speech-to-text provider to transcribe into text and are not retained by us after transcription. Optional profile details like your bio.

How we use it

To run the product: log your training and nutrition, compute your totals and streaks, power your dashboards, and let the trackers answer questions about your own history. Chat messages are processed by AI model providers through an AI gateway to generate responses. Your data is never used to train models, and we never sell it to anyone.

Who can see your data

Nutrition data is always private to you and your coach. Workouts are visible only to followers you accept, or publicly if you set your profile public. Your trackers can only access your own data, and this is enforced at the database layer. Your coach can view your logged data and tracker conversations to coach you.

Payments

Elefint Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (in-app purchase) via RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, and by Stripe for any web billing. We receive your subscription status and billing identifiers to unlock the trackers; we never see or store your full card details.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Both encrypt data in transit and at rest.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and every piece of your data at any time from the Me tab inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes your logged data, chats, and any photos you uploaded.

Analytics & advertising

We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not share your personal information with advertising networks. If that ever changes we will update this policy, name the partners, request tracking permission where required, and honor the opt-out below before any such sharing begins.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy of it, to request its deletion, and to correct inaccuracies. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise any of these rights — including Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — by emailing us at the address below, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
