Acceptance

By creating an account or using Elefint, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Elefint.

Subscriptions & billing

Elefint Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks the AI trackers for $9.99 per month, plus any applicable tax. It begins with a 1-week free trial. You can subscribe two ways, and the auto-renewal terms are the same for both. If you subscribe with Apple, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. If you subscribe on the web, payment is processed by Stripe using the card or Apple Pay details you provide at checkout, and you can manage your payment method or cancel anytime from Settings, Membership in the app, which opens your secure billing portal. Either way, the subscription automatically renews each month at the current price unless you cancel before the end of the current period, and your payment method is charged at each renewal. The social features (feed, follows, likes, comments) remain free without a subscription.

Free trial

If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends (at least 24 hours before, for Apple subscriptions), it converts to a paid monthly subscription ($9.99 per month) and your payment method is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. One free trial per account.

Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.

Not medical advice

Elefint provides general fitness and nutrition information for tracking and educational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional advice, and the AI trackers can make mistakes. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your training, diet, or health routine, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, post unlawful or harmful content, harass other users, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from the Me tab. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. Active subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID.

Disclaimer & liability

Elefint is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
